## Compliance program

Controls aligned with **SOC 2** criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality, with continuous evidence management. Privacy is operated under LGPD and GDPR-aligned practices.

Security is sustained by engineering, infrastructure, security and compliance, privacy, support, and leadership — with defined roles, training, and accountability. Security is a continuous process, not a one-time checklist.
