  1. Verify content accuracy — sample 3-5 articles and confirm:
    • Steps and workflows match the current product UI
    • No outdated terminology or deprecated features mentioned
    • Image captions and context align with screenshots
  2. Check navigation hierarchy — confirm the grouping (Getting Started, Digital Employees subsections, etc.) matches your intended user journey
  3. Review terminology — confirm all terms (Digital Employee, Mesh Canvas, Squad, Artifact, etc.) are correct and consistent
